FAQs

Got burning questions? Here I address common queries to ensure you have all the information you need.

Please have a clear project brief, your business objectives, and any existing brand guidelines ready. Access to user data or previous research is also highly beneficial to ground the project in reality.

I follow a data-driven, four-stage workflow: Discovery (defining goals), Research (understanding users), Design (wireframing and UI), and Validation (prototyping and testing). This ensures the final product is not just aesthetic, but functional.

My process includes milestone check-ins to ensure we are aligned at every step. Typically, 3-5 rounds of major revisions are included to fine-tune the details without losing project momentum.

Timelines depend on the scope. A landing page might take 2 weeks, while a complex SaaS platform or mobile app usually requires 8–14 weeks. I provide a detailed project schedule after our initial discovery call.

I prefer structured communication via Slack, Teams, or Email for daily updates, with scheduled video calls for major milestone presentations and feedback sessions.

You will receive fully organized Figma source files, interactive prototypes, a comprehensive design system (including typography and components), and detailed handoff documentation for your development team.

If the project is done in another software (Photoshop, Illustrator), you will receive open files, fonts, and images used.

My primary toolkit includes Figma for design and prototyping (sometimes Figma Make for quick functionality testing), supported by Adobe Creative Suite or Gemini for asset creation and various research tools for user testing. I use Miro for IA, or FigmaJam if your team is more comfortablele with it.

Success is measured against your specific KPIs—whether that is increasing conversion rates, reducing user churn, or improving task completion time. We define these metrics during the discovery phase.

UI is how it looks; UX is how it works. A beautiful interface that is difficult to navigate will ultimately lose you money. Investing in UX ensures your product solves actual user problems, leading to higher retention and ROI.
